The organization

Buildcase is a Canadian company with roots in method implementation leadership across commercial, institutional, residential, and infrastructure sectors in Canada, the United States, Europe, and Australia. That experience spans industry board service at the national level, varied building system categories, and direct involvement in code development and advocacy. It is the foundation for the platform's methodology.

The platform exists because the founder spent years watching the same pattern repeat: a proven method, documented on completed projects, failing to reach the decision process on the next project. Buildcase was built to close that gap.

Buildcase is incorporated in British Columbia. The platform is self-funded in Phase 1, with non-dilutive funding applications in progress. The team is small and deliberate, focused on building the data architecture and methodology that will define the platform's long-term value. The platform provides complimentary access to philanthropic and community housing organizations from day one.
